Welcome to Down-a-Size You will see that our symbol is a tape measure, which I think sums up how we all feel. At the thickest rolled up end we are at our roundest, the real us waiting to break free. As the inches are lost we become leaner and more confident. The tape measure plays a big role in a slimming campaign because it is our body shape that others notice, it is our lost inches that take us down a clothes size.
Down-a-Size is what we are looking for and you CAN achieve it. Now that you have made the decision to lose those inches and weight, you should feel excited and motivated about the task ahead. You can do it, even if you have tried many times before, past failure has nothing to do with future success.
